You have to wait for Jijin to add you to the link page, and you can't give yourself TC, but the next time someone clicks it, (avg is 20 times per day) you get 30 TC.

You have to click it once a day. You get the free TC around noon every day. You should really make an effort to click the links, because it will affect your results too.
