How can i add colored bountys?

using "^" + color number
for example ^2 for red
but bounty is disabeled, I mean, you cant put new bounties

Need all the /opt commands I know most but I just figured out there is a /opt blood.
The reason im asking for this is because I need the joints on uke to not to turn red when I hit them for screenys same goes for tori.

I have already looked here, this thread doesn't have what im looking for... it is out of date....

Examples:

/opt blood = Makes all the blood disappear in-game.

/opt uke/tori 0/1 (Boolean's) = Makes tori or uke invisible in-game.

/opt particles = Removes flames from a match.

Now counting those three, I am guessing there are more than that sense it hasn't been updated sense 3.41...

So let me rephrase my request. I need all of the /opt commands sense 3.41 forward.
