i use my ps3 controller to play games like beamng and next car game.
just download DS3 Tool. (you have to do some settings with beamng)

There's different ways to make different controllers work.
Just tell me which controller you have and send me a picture of it so I can help you

i currently have a ps3 wireless controller (of course with the charging cable in my computer)
i've heard ps3 dualshock or whatever works with it.

most 360 controllers gets recognized by the ds3 tool.

So if i have ps3 controller,then this can work wirelessly on laptop too?

you need to have it pluged in with a charger cable.

JoyToKey has lots of more things, more than making it move like a mouse but I still need to learn how to, can you please help me finding out how to make it work, Hours? You do know lots of things and you know how to search more/better than me so I need your help.

i honestly don't know any other tool.

lol. i play driving games with ds3 tool. the only thing i had to set up was a different setting in beamng to make it support the controller.
otherwise, i can just plug in my controller, click on vibrating testing (to activate the thing), and then play.

Did you played in toribash with controller?
