All in all, someone trusted a bad person who in turn used them and broke a major rule. The used person later confessed and apologized, leaving the other dude on the chopping block for the ban cleaver.

yes he did something wrong but he DIDNT KNOW THERE IS AWLWAY THAT POSSIBILTY!!! AND IT MAY BE A COINCIDENCE THAT HE HAS A BOOSTER

As i've said already, ignorance can't save you from a ban. It just provides a furthur argument to ban them. =/

dont get him banned a less worse punishment would be fairer becasue there is always the chance that he didnt know.
