arm decap kick
one of my origonal moves:
hold all
extend glutes
extend left ankle
right lumbar
right chest
contract left pec
left grab hand
press p or finish however you want.
note:if you have done this right, you should end up with a kung-fu like kick
2nd note:if you extend both ankles instead of just one, you get more points but no removal
