It's pretty ok, I like the circular border. But it just looks like you generated some clouds, changed blending mode and lowered opacity. You should try to add some more effects. Keep it clean though.
We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.

Circular boarders are kinda new to toribash i think, Not many people have them.
Its no nooby at all this could go for atleast 800 tc if you make shop

Border is too lame,pose is good,effects are good as they are but a more neonish glowing effect would be good :3
