if not, how do i purchase the flames

from other users. they usaully go for like 150k-500k

A flame particle and a flame texture are different.

Flame texture lets you upload an image onto your flame.

Flame particles are from people that make them, that pay 25$ for a flame booster, allowing you to make flames. Then, they sell them for 100k on.

so how do i get a flame texture

First you will need a flame. Say you use an environmental flame like FNugget's wisps flame that I used to own.

Then, you can put like a star on the texture, and activate it along with the flame.

Then, the wisps aren't normal wisps anymore, they're stars.
