i was wondering how to edit replays
mostly because i've heard people say that they have edited someone elses replay to something different
and i would like to edit one of my own replays, just, i dont kno how...

Hit the 'E' key at whatever point.

Open up one of your replays, then press E to be able to move your joints n' such.

Also, R will restart/replay your replay.

but what if i wanted to kno what i did during the replay (like what i contracted, extended, etc)

If you press E, it'll show what position your joints are in at the time aswell.
