when ever i start a server i cant get the mod and game rules to change
i have tried the normal menus and have tried "/set mod judo.tbm" (without quotations) and "/set engage distance 80 among other things and non will work

try this instead
/loadmod judo.tbm
or
/set ed 80
/loadmod judo.tbm
or

You can also use ctrl+g during your stay on the server, modify the stuff and click ok.
If you are a server moderator then you'll be able to modify the settings that way.
Also you might need to try that serveral times because the old toribash had that bug that the settings loaded only when you set them again.
