You have to upload your picture into the internet for others to see it. You can use www.imageshack.us

Copying the location of the picture from your computer wont work. Even if you add http://forum.toribash.com behind it.

its quite good for a beginner but it looks like just a clouds filter so you should add more to it and it also has a horrible seam at the back, but if you go to filters -> map -> make seamless, that should sort it out

don't use the make seamless filter. Copy one half. Flip horiz. Paste.
Copy other half. Flip horiz. Paste. There. Work on it from there
