FUCKING MAGNETS EVERYWHERE IN THIS BITCH
From what I've heard, it hasn't been confirmed but he was complaining of flu-like symptoms.

So it's just me that thinks his music is boring and sounds exactly like all the other stereotypical generic american pop.

Shame they guy's dead, but no great loss to music =)
Ah, there goes one good musician.

Well. Yes because most of his music wasn't pop. Only his solo material is pop rock, which I consider great.

Try The Reatards, Lost Sounds, Bad Times, The Final Solutions, Nervous Patterns, Angry Angles, Terror Visions, Destruction Unit.

The two solo albums only show one side of Jay Reatard.

EDIT: If youre not into garage you probably won't like his other stuff either. But calling his passing "no great loss to music" is ignorance.

Is this your stereotypical american pop?
