I bought a set last year. I saved the folder of the set into my old computer. Unfortunately, my old computer was ruined and now I have a new computer. So I went into my messages to search for the download link for the set. I found it, but the link states that the set was deleted, so now I do not have the set anymore. Am I able to ask the previous owner who sold it to me for a new link?

Yes, seeing as you own the texture set, you are allowed to re-claim it by all means.
