i use insert picture and i write this in insert image CDocuments and Settings\bell computer\My Documents\My Pictures/414604

You can't insert an image straight from your my documents. You need to upload it to somewhere such as http://www.imageshack.com

Then put the link to the site in the IMG tags.

if i upload the picture what do i do ?

After uploading to imageshack, you'll get a link. Put that link into [IMG] [ /IMG] and you'll see the picture.
