1. Your MAS is pretty clean you tend to fall a lot that could use some improvement
also you seem to be realistic then you lose realism towards the end of your MAS's
fix that up and you'll be straight.
2. The parkouring it was "Okay" I see that you don't move you're pecs in order too keep
the flow and balance and you fall, just play with the glutes and you're legs you'll be good one you get the hang of it
Overall Pretty "Okay" replays I see you've improve since I've last seen you (which was in move/IV)Keep up the good work and work on you're foot placement and you'll be a champ.
