I made it with using only 1 brusher on the scar on the eye. Rest is my own work.

It is simple and it's good. You could simpler a bit more fists. Remove the mouth from head, spiky more those eyes, and it will be awesome.

i will try to make eyes more spiky and i will look how i is look like without mounts xd
about hand it is the hardest part of body to do for me ;/
