This is so simple i´m afraid it´s an old opening move that everyone knows :, but it´s cool & quick so here it is:

With Sword mod:

press c
contract right elbow
space x 3

Now the opponent´s shield is broken.
Then you can smash his face with your shield:

contract left pecs
contract right wrist
contract left elbow & wrist

space x 2

A variant:

press c
raise right shoulder
contract right elbow.
space x 3

This will cut his arm at the elbow.
