Why exactly would you want to do this?
It would be pretty difficult to get anything done like this.
But as far as I know this would be the same as multi-accounting/clienting/computering assuming its in an official server...

If you're farming qi/TC or multiclienting in a tourney, then yes, you will be banned.

If you want the fellas that run this place to take care of it, then you should definitely post the photo.
I'm not the one to show it to though, and I'm pretty sure there is no way to prove that someone is using 2 accounts on 2 computers...
For example, me and AgentP are sometimes on the same Ip when he's here, which is 2 people, 2 computers, 2 accounts ;)
