this is what i do a lot i have never shared this move until now.
contract both pecs
left rotate chest
left bend lumbar
extend abs
contract left hip
extend right hip
grabby hands
contract wrists (this a safety precaution as you wrists could break)
you may also like to incorporate some glute movements.
i play in semipro judo rooms and this move would work over 80% of the time
with a bit of tweaking this move pawnz ass in aikido rooms. (ive beaten 3rd dans with it!!)
