What happens to someones tc and items when they get banned?

In response to your question: It all depends on the ban [reason], really. If someone hacked the Torishop for its items, the account(s) would be permanently banned & stripped entirely. Whereas if someone were banned for useless posting, the only punishment for that person would be the length of the ban (his things would stay intact).

But, if youre banned u cant move tc or items until the ban ends, ao if u got a perma ban all your stuff is lost. If youre just banned for a day u just cant do anything 1day.
