Hello zanzaba,

I have check through my PMs and have not seen a PM from you, so I will directly talk to you in this thread.

The possible problems are.
  • The email is in his junk box in his email.
  • The transaction was not complete and did not get through (not a loss of money)
  • He didn't buy them in the correct manner.

One question, How did he buy the TC? Buy it paypal, credit card, one bip or other?
