Is there anyway of doing the following;
A - Hold
S - Relax
D - Contract
F - Extend
?


I've found this one button that switches between Hold/Relax and another one for Contract/Extend. But it would be so much faster if I could have one button for each one.

nah there is no way...if you want to make a suggestion go to the suggestion board

He didn't want to make a suggestion. Now, if you really wanted to, I'm sure there is a program that allows you to swap what a key actually outputs.

Edit: If you use something like AutoHotKey, you could probably get it to work very well.
