The shape/silhouette of the head is pretty badly done. The eyes are fine, the mouth is simple, but still okay. Overall, it just looks like it was done quickly but by someone with moderate skill.

Well I guess that's me xD I suppose I do have moderate skill. Anyhow, it is really choppy. And you are correct, it was done very quickly.
