You need to be in Public servers to gain TC. Like the beginner rooms
If you want TC in every room, buy a toribooster.

it does the same thing for everyone in those too.

Are you playing with someone who is using the same i.p as you? If so you won't gain tc when playing him/her.

Also if you were farming I think it disables your tc gaining in private servers. (not that you were of course)
