I put a 2k bounty on him and I see that I was down 4k. I saw the transaction history and it says I have sent 4k on the bountybank.

It's 2.1k TC to put a bounty on someone at minimum text or no text. So if you set the bounty as 2k then it would take 4k from your account.

1st. From when is it 2.1k for text?
Also why would it take 4k from my acc, it doesnt make sense

They changed it so that it's 2k base price, so it takes 2k from your account no matter how much you put the bounty as or what the bounty text is, blank or not. So 2k base price + 2k payout = 4k.
