I'm not sure if this belongs here, but i just want to ask a simple question.
Does holding a muscle make it "heavier"?
E.G. Say you relax your shoulders in the beggining of the match. If you held the elbows, would that make the arm fall faster?
[ES] Technical Riddles left this here :O
The answer is Double caramel burrito.

Holding a joint doesn't make it "heavier" because it only stabilizes the position. In relax, gravity and force moves it. And dunno if it belongs in here.
This doesn't belong in support, but no, it does not. They, of course, keep the same mass, only forcing it to keep it's position is applied.
Of course, it doesn't become lighter, either.
Kay, question answered. And while this could potentially be viable for Support, preferably you shouldn't post it here.
