How can a no-qi restriction items be cheaper then the normal stock items with the qi from shop??

If you are talking about the joints, the no-qi version is a relax, the other ones are forces. Also the cheapest force is 36k, and the relax by the Marketeers is 160k

And shop is 200k or so. same with blood. No qi blood is cheaper then shop blood.
