Well, it's very sloppy and there doesn't look like there was much effort put into it.

First off, the shading is really bad and doesn't make sense at all. Some shadows are going one way while the others go a different way.
The way it is now, there would have to be several different small light sources all over his face.
The line work needs a redo as well, it's extremely crude and messy.

Not to mention the obvious, but you just overlayed a bucket fill texture for the rest of the head which is extremely lazy.

I guess if you are just starting out, it's reasonable, but i suggest you go back to the drawing board and practice a lot.

The mapping could be better, but I like your realistic style.

take this texture of the skin.
and remove the lines,
put colored lines, like in real life wrinkles,.
try to shade something first,
then try all the rest.
Take a look at unibash tutorials,
they can help you with human heads.
It looks like the face is a little to transparent, so like there is a ghost infront of the face, because the detail doesn't flow with the face. If you get what I mean.
