Flat texture file is the real file in which you drew the texture. You need to upload that file too.

If you are wanting to send the texture to them, you need to do as Akmal said, by uploading the "flat texture" (the square canvas you made your texture on, save it as a .png or .jpg) and upload it to a image hosting site.
Copy and paste the forum link it gives you and send it to the buyer through PM.
