Okay, so I went to buy 28000 tc, entered my username and password for paypal, and it redirected me to a Error page, asking me to enter a bank account, Know I paid for tc before so I know I don't have to enter a Bank account, so I clicked 'cancel and go to payment options', only to find that I can't use the credit/debit card option, and above this it says, and in quote! "This transaction cannot be funded by credit card."

That seems to be a problem with Paypal rather than on our end. Try contacting them instead.
