no. they have skills. and they practice. and they edit replays. and they aren't noobs. and hampa kinda CREATED THE GAME

and you say lower dismemberment some of them raise it like me all you need is practice

This is the base of his confusion. He thinks they just boot the game up, and those awesome-o decaps happen in a couple minutes without much effort. They get an idea in their head, and attempt to pull it off. While trying to get the intended replay, they may accidentally pull off something cooler. They press the "R" key to restart the replay, then press the "E" key to play the round from that exact frame to correct any mistakes.
