None of it matches. They look like u just stuck em on and didn't bother shading it properly.

I think you need shaders.

Make the pose like:

Alright. The pose is too static. The background is 3D and the character is pasted on it and done no effort on. Add some perspective and something to make it blend. And on top of it all, the general feeling of this is, for me, copypaste. Try to make your own backgrounds. They might be bad at the beginning, but you'll improve.
