i said earlier that i can't walk, but i've noticed one thing that might help you when trying to: move joints and relax them so they move to the point you want to, but slower. and keep knees relaxed as much as possible.
also, i noticed that in the walk you posted in the first post you put the forward leg too far, which makes you jump
