He says he looked me up but 1 I never scammed with accer007 cause I never had tc on that account

Well he didn't actually scam you. He was just being cautious about the duel and you guys only played one match.

Sure backing out like that is annoying but since you didn't actually beat him in the three designated matches there is really nothing that can be done.
