Are you sure they got texture?

Yeah I have a head texture thats not showing up and I haven't seen a single person with a texture.

Did you ask if they were supposed to have textures or not?

Have you tried /download?

Also, perhaps there's a firewall or windows function blocking stuff from autodownloading?
