You need to update your video card drivers.

Go here and download the latest, then install it and you'll be fine.

It works on my computer that has a C: drive this computers only drive is E: My game is located at EGames\Toribash-3.88\toribash.exe maybe thats why?
It shoudn't be, and that computer should run shaders perfectly. The most likely problem is indeed a driver fault. Are you sure you downloaded the correct drivers? Download them from nVidia's website, and select 9500gt from a drop list. Just another tip, you probably have more RAM than 3071MB, but it can't be used because you use XP. Upgrading to 7 will boost the performance and update drivers automatically.

I'm confused about /Contents/MacOS/tb_osx
I choose the PC installer not mac.
The drivers can be found here. As for the mac installer, download the installer again and make sure you download the Windows installer file.
