Hi! I've looked all over FAQ's and support pages but didn't find anywhere a manual on how to set up dedicated server for windows, or if it's even exist.

Not just that, it should run separately from the game client, and preferably as a service

Such a thing does not exist. Toribash is centralized, and Nabi Studios probably has exclusive rights to the software making this possible.

If you meant a dedicated room, well, that's part of the central server. From what I can glean, when someone 'makes a room', the master server is still doing all of the work.

There is no dedicated server for Toribash.
