Toribash 3.1 BETA 2 (Windows) can be found here (12.6mb).
It includes fixes of problems from beta 1 , the torishop and custom items in replays / single player.

If you found any problems with this version, please post here.

Your head / body textures might not be included in this version. You can copy the custom directory from 3.06 over the one in 3.1beta2 (Or just wait for it to be downloaded)

No, it's a new one.

Toribash 3.1 has some improvement in support for Shaders.
Also, related bugs that required using veb's fix were solved.
