I know most of us here, have played a mod were an object is shot out of another object, like fast jouse.

A box starts inside a bigger giant rectangle, and shoots our propelling uke and tori into eachother.

Also that mod were the two blades shoot out at you.

I am wondering how you can accomplish this.

Well, make a big ball and make it static, make another ball, and stick half of it in the static ball, but don't make it static. Test it, it should shoot.

I do that a lot in my mods, you do what latenitekid said...

Don't put it all the way in...leave a bit hanging out to control direction otherwise you'll make a mess, also if the thing is too heavy it will hit the ground straight away.

I just realised how badly that can be misinterpretted...
