It's the one where you open tb, then the first thing you see is the menu right? One of those things is the [GUI] Splatter.

that says, you can modify youre toribash menu with this items , but i know you can change them too without this items, but dont know how

we can change it without [GUI] texture ? i think it's impossible.

yes you can. You just need to place your desired images in your custom folder same as to how to preview textures.
Just dont update your item.dat if you wish to use it always.
