in behalf of me and my clan leader's name, i will report this guy for complaining about being kicked even though he didnt stand a chance on staying on the clan for being very inactive.(on the chat)

Also, he called me dickhead for no reason ;-;(the /emote)

Its not that offensive so its not bannable this happends normaly in the internet

but still, i didn't do anything to him and yet he says these thins

jkawing is correct. This isn't elementary school, no one is going to get in trouble for calling someone a dickhead. He was angry he got kicked. He didn't over react nor did he say anything obscene.

You just have to get over it, people don't deserve some thing in life, but you just deal with it and move on.
