This one is already far more better than your previous heads, it looks like you're improved pretty fast.
Maybe try to experimenting a soft shade, like on the eyes or the skin under the hair/bang?

Hair, more specifically, the side bangs, seems unnaturally long, and why the fade/gradient on their ends?
