It's a bit hard to give you opinions on this in such an early stage of development.

Work on it some more and I'm sure people could get a better image on what theyre looking at.

Also, a way to show the head on a globe is to..

Save it as a .TGA
Replace tori/uke's head texture in the folder with yours
Go ingame and say /lp uke/tori 0

I think you should sketch first before you even add the colours. You can do that when you got loads of experiance and you are confident but this looks a bit like a mess. We have no clue what it is, i doesn't look like a robot either.

Thats a very interesting design. But if this is meant to be on the left side only it goes way to far into the middle, unless of course, you want it to crossover with the other side with the symetrical version of this shape? Which is what i think you want.
