i have a tourney problem that says Not enough games played but im black belt and i think i played so much games so i didnt get my tc reward

the tourney needs 5 games if you want to get the TC

Or if you play with an enemy then your enemy ping or idle

tourney needs at least 3-4 matches in able to claim the prize. Not really 5 games.
Sometimes you can win the prize even if the tourney didnt start yet.
Also even there are only 3 players in a room, you can still win the prize though it may say tourney didnt started since it needs 5 players.
