I have had the same problem. Except it never reactivated, and I have been a week now without transaction history. Very annoying. I contacted support in every way I know how, including email and irc, to no avail. It seems I'm going to make due without it.
Is yours still functioning at least, as in, is it recording new transactions? Mine isn't.....:/
