can someone help me out with the decaps ive tried to rip a guys head of but i dont know how plz can someone help me?!?!?!?

Alright, not sure what I'm doing wrong, but none of these are working. I'm following the steps exactly. The first one grabs him by the arms, and the second one he posted completely misses his body altogether, with the same results every time I do it.

The general tip for decaping or dismembering is to weaken the joint (i.e joints breaks easier when they are red).

Joints are also weaker when they are straight (a bent knee is hard to break than a straight knee).
