Use FRAPS, it'll only record what's going on in the toribash window. You can use it with TB windowed or fullscreen.

Just remember to turn off the HUD with /opt hud 0

You can always use HyperCam. There is a button Select Region and you select the region via mouse.

Oh, one last thing - tell fraps to hide your cursor, record at 60fps full size & turn on no-sync.

Even if your pc can't do 60fps you'll get a perfect vid. ^_^
