My TCs don't update in game, and my torsos don't show up.
they are activated and I tried the download thing in singleplayer Its windows so the bug is probably why right? the one that gets fixed in 3.63? still what about my Toricredits?

I did, did 3.63 just come out because I redownloaded toribash yesterday from a really old version, also I don't think it fixed it but maybe if I wait a while.
