i /dl lucaslayer and /lp 1 slayer cause he wasn't in game but he was in the queue

Hampa's set is free for everyone to use and edit, you just can't sell it.

I've never heard of someone getting banned for wearing his set.

To clarify: you're allowed to use his set, he doesn't mind.
What you're not allowed to do is sell it, reproduce it to sell it, market with it, claim it's yours, etc.
