So I present this Thread, It will be about aikido techniques how to Balance Your tori, how to counter various stuff, openers for new players or for those who want a specific opener as a snap kick and advanced noob clap, etc...
basic joint movements(very important for new players), advanced single-joint movements specifically wrists many mess up, using them. if you're shy to ask a noob question don't complain about it feel free to ask
Let's start
Openers
first ill show u the most basic opener its the noob clap
alright as you can see here when the match begins just contract both wrists and pecs and there you go the most basic opener and prob the best one if u ask me, you can modify it by your own ways ill show examples by rotating your chest and lumbar and contracting abs you have got more force on your clap
and if someone snaps kick you u can now counter it and have an advantage of lifting like here
as you can see I'm almost ganna get snap kicked but since I rotated the way the kick is coming
this is what I will do since the rotation is going to the right side in your tori
you can use your right leg to reduce the kicks dmg
and by lowering your right shoulder, extend right pec,ungrabing right wrist, contracting the right hip this happens
you got his leg in the middle stuck between your leg and elbow, there is a probability of dismembering his knee
and you got the chance to lift the rest of it is on you, now there is a snap kick I have modified here it is
I only do this opener pretty much and it got many options, lift kick, snaps kick & others...
First, don't hold all, rotate chest and lumbar to the right
extend both glutes, contract abs, extend both ankles .contract both wrists contract both pecs, left hip extended right hip contracted, right knee contracted and the rest relaxed here is a link showing the results
now depending on the player's response there are other ways to use the opener
like let's say he is kicking as well
Here is where the lift kick comes in handy instead of snap kicking you will lift the player like this
now it depends on how your opponents' opener is and other stuff
but if your enemy does a snap kick you can take advantage and lift
to do this keep all the joints the same but change the following
Raise both shoulders extend both hips and knees and that's it

Countering lifts
1.Striking
Countering lifts by striking in aikidobigdojo ill put some screen shoots explaining how the joints are and when is the right time to do it it differs for many people situations but ill give the most common onecurrently, I am being lifted and here is when the counter begins, so first of all before u get mid-air
help the other player lift you so they can lose momentum, later on it will help you gain control.
doing that will require the extending of the wrists elbows pecs hips, holding the abs
and keep the chest and lumbar how they are, will be needed for later
This a picture for a better understanding, then after this frame you will get to the part where you counter it
and by doing that u might as-well get lucky enough to Dismember your opponents arm
the frame after you will have to contract the wrists elbows pecs and keep the shoulder on raising
then pick which leg u want to kick with right or left on my situation i kicked on the right
so right rotating chest and lumbar contract the abs
hold the right glute and extend the left glute and after you will finish him with a dm
give it a couple of tries on mp and you will later know how to control it your self without doing specific joint movements
meaning take a look at which joint will help u strike harder and precisely
anyways after all of this the strike might fail but there is a alternative
after the fail of the strike u can go back down on the ground since your opponent no longer have control on the ground
now this differs for how the toris location are but u will figure it out
