It's quite bad, I think. The eyes are boring solid-colored, the shape is strange, but it's ok. The eyes are too high at all. The flesh is boring, only single colored. The hair shape isn't very good, and it lacks of shading.

Basicially, don't make heads in 5 min. Try to add shading and highlights. Add more detail and don't use so simplistic shapes.

Well you should work more on it just for it to bee good add more stuff in it
About the thick outlines of the eyes some people actually like them including me
The face is too high and the hair really bores me
I guess you are still learning so its ok 7/10
